ANN ARBOR, MICH. – A. Z. Shmina, Inc. is very pleased to put into service this new classroom building at the Detroit Observatory. Structurally and architecturally complex and historically significant, we teamed with HED Architects of Southfield and the University of Michigan AEC Construction Management in the successful completion of this project.
