Project Specifics: Major reconstruction and concrete repair to an active utility tunnel. Shmina has earned a reputation as one of the leading construction firms in this arena.

 Challenges: The demolition and reconstruction phases had to be completed without compromising an active high-pressure steam line and adjacent fiber optic cables. Additionally, construction took place along a major university street, requiring heightened safety planning and traffic control. Protecting the jobsite from weather conditions also presented a challenge.
