Project Specifics: The project consisted of a main addition to the narthex/sanctuary space and associated renovations to the sanctuary.
Challenges: Working within an active sanctuary attached to an occupied school was a significant challenge. This called for extensive collaboration with church administrators to schedule work around a number of activities including morning and afternoon school traffic and special ceremonies, which typically occurred with little notice. Despite taking extra precautions to minimize the impact on the existing school and church operations while performing major construction, Shmina completed the project four months ahead of schedule.
