Project Specifics: The complete interior reconstruction and exterior restoration of the Observatory Lodge for the Department of Kinesiology.
Challenges: The need to maintain historical accuracy upon completion of major interior structural demolition and structural reinforcement. The project required completely new mechanical, electrical, fire protection and aesthetic finishes.
Cost: $9,000,000
