Design/Build

Shmina’s Design/Build projects deliver a total design and construction solution. An attractive option for owners who are fairly certain of a project’s desired scope, budget and schedule, our Design/Build service ensures economy, speed and accuracy.

General Contracting

This traditional delivery system is ideal for those who have a project designed, and simply need an exceptional contractor to price it out competitively and then construct. Our extensive knowledge of the local market and strong relationships with subcontractors further enhance this service option.

Trade Contracting

Shmina is one of only a few construction management companies to retain the ability to self perform certain trades including excavation, demolition, concrete construction and more. As a result, we maintain better quality control, tighter schedule control and pricing that’s more competitive.

Maintenance Contract
