Project Specifics: An architecturally pleasing structure was created through the demolition and reconstruction of the pool locker facilities and picnic grounds.

Challenges: The project had to be completed within the period between Labor Day and Memorial Day, requiring a fast track construction schedule through the winter months. Shmina worked aggressively to control costs in order to meet the client’s limited budget.
