Project Specifics: The project scope consisted of a new locker room, kitchen and dining facility for the club’s pool house.

Challenges: Like most country club projects, construction work had to be performed during the off-season months, primarily through the winter. Shmina had to work with the club’s administration to define a budget, control costs and develop a fast track schedule to complete the project in time for the summer swimming season.
