Project Specifics: The design and reconstruction of the clubhouse following a fire that destroyed the facility.
Challenges: Limited to the original footprint, Shmina was tasked with expediting construction by working during the winter months, minimize costs to meet a budget established by insurance compensation, and ultimately improve upon the overall design and function of the original facility.
